Third pair of leggings that ripped at the butt scrunch. Only purchased another pair from a gift card I had from the other defective leggings they sold me. Not squat proof. save your money.

I have over 3000$ worth of alphalete, and this is the first time I've been asked to do a survey! I'm so happy you are listening to your customers feedback. Everything in my order was absolutely perfect, except for my alphalete water bottle. It just seems a little flimsy and cheap for the alphalete brand (and the 28$ price tag). I expected a little more weight, and some nice detailing or logos on the bottle. Other than that, it arrived quickly and everything was there! Thanks so much

Only Good Things to Say
Had to cancel an item due to ordering the wrong size on accident. Got a response within the window I was told I would and in the meantime, also got an email letting me know that they had received my email and would respond too. Appreciated the update - I don't think I've seen another customer service team do that before. Got my order canceled like I wanted and response was friendly.

This order was fine, my first attempt at an order was met with awful and disappointing customer service which would likely deter any future orders.

I was extremely pleased with how fast I got my package! Absolutely loved the clothing I received! Couldn’t be more please!

Never received my package. Told me to wait 6 more days to see if it arrives…..
